I gladly accept returns on most standard, non-personalised items however, I am unable to accept returns for any item that has been custom personalised unless they arrive damaged, defective or with design errors (eg spelling error)
Return Guide
- Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and send items back within 14 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as the items are delivered back to Rivermouse House
