Returns & Cancellations

I gladly accept returns on most standard, non-personalised items however, I am unable to accept returns for any item that has been custom personalised unless they arrive damaged, defective or with design errors (eg spelling error)

Return Guide

  • Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and send items back within 14 days of delivery.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Your refund will be processed as soon as the items are delivered back to Rivermouse House

Cancellations

Due to the handmade nature of my items I'm unable to accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
