All items are dispatched from NSW via Australia Post. Delivery times can vary depending on your location & the shipping method you choose. 

Please note: shipping & delivery time estimates do not include item production & processing times. Please see item processing estimates below.

Standard Post: $7.50 (incudes tracking)

  • Standard delivery estimate: 3 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Items are packed folded flat into re-usable zip lock bags and shipped via cardboard mailers.
  • Please keep in mind we have no control over delivery times once your order is travelling within Aust Post mail system.

Express Post: $15 (incudes tracking)

  • Express delivery estimate: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Express post is available for selection during checkout. 
  • Items are packed into re-usable zip lock bags and shipped inside Aust Post satchels.

Shipping Upgrades: Insured Post, Registered Post and Signature on Delivery are available on request (costs apply). Please contact us to if you wish to upgrade your shipping preferences.

Combined Shipping Discounts: apply when you purchase 2 or more items. Please add all items to your cart before checkout to automatically apply combined post across 1 single transaction.

Rivermouse House only posts to Australian residents at this time. Please be sure your address is correct during checkout.

Item Production & Processing Times

The majority of my products are individually hand printed & made to order. The time needed to prepare an order ready for dispatch varies depending on order size & type. Please allow enough time for your order to be made + postage time to receive it.

  • Estimated processing times
  • Standard designs and simple personalised with minimal customisation: 2-4 business days
  • Full custom designs: 5-14 business days

Occasionally there may be production delays due to unforeseen circumstances however I will always let you know if I'm unable to complete your order within my stated production times.

The lead up to Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter & Christmas can be very busy. Turnover may take longer than usual during peak times.

To avoid any chance of disappointment it is highly recommended you place orders well before an event/deadline and allow plenty of time for your items to be made, posted and delivered.
