How do I place an order?
It's easy! :-)
1: Please be sure to read the "item description" and view the image gallery.
2: Use the drop down menus to choose your size, colour & style options.
3: If required, use the personalisation box to add custom details and\or special requests.
4: Add items to your cart & proceed though checkout to choose your shipping preferences
5: After placing your order please keep an eye on your email just in case I need extra info before I make your goodies.
6: If you have any questions please don't hesitate to send a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can,What are your turn around & shipping times?
Most of my items are made to order so if you have a deadline please allow enough time for your item to be made + postage time to recive it. For detailed information about my item production & shipping time estimates please view my Postage & Handling page
Can I return my item?
I gladly accept returns on most standard, non-personalised items however, I am unable to accept returns for any item that has been custom personalised unless they arrive damaged, defective or with design errors. Please visit my returns page here: Returns & Cancellations
How do I personalise an item?
Many of our items can be custom personalised to suit your needs. Please use the personalisation box to add any custom details and\or special requests. You can also send a ''note to seller'' at checkout.
Please ensure your spelling is correct when placing your order, inlcuding upper and lower case letters as your personalised text will be copied + pasted into our design software as requested.
You will receive an email to confirm your order and personalisation details within 24 hours of order placement. Please keep an eye on your email to ensure your details are correct and to answer any questions I may have regarding your custom order.
Can I request my own text, design or logo?
Full custom personalised items can be ordered via our custom personalised listings or feel free to contact us with your requests. Please note that full custom designs do take extra time to create and make.
If you wish to use your own images please contact me before you place your order to confirm your requirements are do-able.
Due to the large amount of time and work involved in graphic design your items must be paid for before work can begin however please feel free to reach out before you purchase if you have any Q's or need to discuss design ideas, I would love to hear from you!How to I care for my garment?
Most of my garments are easy care, machine washable. For best results gentle machine wash in cold water using mild detergent.
Using harsh chemicals, soaking, hand washing and/or leaving garment wet for long periods is not recommended.
Line dry or low temperature tumble dry.
Avoid ironing directly onto print. Warm iron on low temperature using a protective press cloth or heat resistant baking paper.
Detailed washing & care instructions are included in every parcel.Do you offer back prints?
Some of my standard designs already have their own back prints however I'm more than happy to back print on request where possible. Please note: double prints (front & back) will cost extra. If you require a double print please shoot me a quick message to discuss before you purchase.
Will I recive the exact garment, design & print colours as seen in your store?
Most Rivermouse items are individually hand printed to order therefore exact duplication of print colours, garment colour shades, fonts, design size/scale, graphics and design elements are not always guaranteed. Due to the handmade nature of my products, occasionally there maybe minor inconsistencies or small imperfections however every effort is always made to follow & be as accurate as possible to shop listing colours & design images.Ocassionally our supplier may change the colour shade of garments. For example, if you order a pink garment you will recive a pink garment however the shade of pink may differ slighty from my shop images.
What materials & printing equipment do you use?
Only the best will do at the mouse house! Most of my garments are 100% cotton and/or organic cotton. All materials used are 100% safe for both little & big people!
Rivermouse printing & vinyl design work is carried out with love, care & laughter using professional garment printing equipment. I work with the highest grade heat transfer materials, quality water based inks, commercial grade vinyls and first class industrial heat presses to ensure vibrant, long lasting, fine quality prints.I have a question not listed here?
